The process is based on our employees’ combined experiences from hundreds of customer projects carried out over more than ten years. Strategy workshop |

A strategy workshop with participants from Tilgin and the customer kicks off every cooperation. Together, we evaluate business concepts and forms of cooperation to explore points of contact between the requirements and our solution areas. |

Business case definition |
|
Based on the results of the workshop, we agree on a business case defining the potential of the cooperation. Both parties will then sign a letter of intent before going on with the next phase. |

Soution definition |
|
We agree on the description of the technical solution, possibly together with other project partners. The document outlines everything from home networking to support systems. Much care is put into ensuring the interoperability between the specified components. |

Implementation planning |
|
With an agreed solution definition at hand, we will provide a detailed project plan outlining the implementation of the project. The project plan, signed by the parties, forms the starting point of the actual implementation work. |
