Web services interface for easy operation management
Tilgin's remote management platform seamlessly interfaces with your OSS/BSS and CRM systems via its powerful NorthBound Interface (NBI). VCM exposes its functionality through a programmatic interface, enabling a simplified provisioning and service activation procedure for your customers.
A typical example of NBI usage is to leverage Tilgin’s mass management capabilities towards your customer self-service web portal. There, a subscriber can use an online form to order new services and automatically get the corresponding provisioning information on her device without the operator's intervention – enabling a completely automated service upgrade solution.
Service provisioning, or new provisioning, will be greatly facilitated by using the well-defined API of our TR-069 Auto Configuration Server.
Notifications
The NorthBound Interface of the VCM is of course not limited to the sole configuration of devices. Your teams and your systems can receive notifications of alarms and other events using JMX or SNMP traps, as well as emails.
