Tilgin's VCM handles all parts of the CPE lifecycle.
VCM is Tilgin's TR-069 based Auto Configuration Server, or ACS. It contains support for the workflow from the early phase of subscriber acquisition and activation to the lifecycle handling of your broadband offering with support and maintenance. With more advanced CPE, it's possible to use VCM to upgrade device firmware to allow the introduction of a new service offering.
