Remote management keeps you in control of your network devices. The service provider can remotely verify information on operations support, configurations, updates, troubleshooting, and retrieve device statistics.
VCM is Tilgin's ACS supporting TR-069. VCM provides operational support to make it easy to setup access for the administrators as needed. VCM can manage the full life cycle for devices, including:
- Provisioning
- Configuring and managing services
- Updating software
- Diagnostics tools
- Collect statistics of your choice
VCM's NBI (Northbound Interface) can be used to integrate 3rd party OSS/BSS systems.
TIP (Tilgin Interoperability Program) is used to assure that devices that connect using TR-069 work properly together with VCM.
