Tilgin now formally offers many new services which we have informally offered to our customers for years!  In addition to our traditional support contracts, we also offer upgrade services, hosting services, and other "hands-on" services that keep your network fine tuned.

As usual, to help you meet your subscribers’ expectations and be assured of their continued loyalty, we at Tilgin have always backed up our products with several different Customer Service and Support packages. These were always designed to be as cost-efficient as possible and continue this way.  We still provide a flexible range of support options so that you don’t have to pay for more than you need.

Depending on the support service you choose, Tilgin can always be reached by phone and e-mail.  We also offer access to our customer portal, JIRA, which gives direct access to Tilgin’s support system for tracking progress in real time.
