Tilgin’s products are highly standardized and meet most general requirements without extensive engineering work. However, our products need to work seamlessly with other parts of the system, which may require integration and testing to ensure complete interoperability.
Customers may also have specific software environments or demands, and we would be happy to evaluate these requirements in order to suggest and develop a suitable solution.
Our Tilgin Interoperability Program (TIP) is a certification program between Tilgin and 3rd party products. For example, many of our projects have included TR-069 integration between our VCM 5 ACS and 3rd-party CPE.
Although interoperability is supported through protocol standards, it is also necessary to perform specific integration and interoperability tests to ensure full compatibility and quality support of the integration partner.
