Depending on the support service you choose, Tilgin can always be reached by phone and e-mail.  We also offer access to our customer portal, JIRA, which gives direct access to Tilgin’s support system for tracking progress in real time.  

 

Tilgin provides support from its offices in Europe and North America with field support engineers frequently working on-site as well. Several levels of support are available, including 24x7. In addition, the support team offers a comprehensive selection of training courses and professional services that may assist even the most demanding of clients.
