Mats Victorin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mats Victorin has over 20 years of international experience from leading positions in sales and marketing and executive positions in the IT and Telecom industry, including IBM and 13 years at Ericsson. Mats also has geographical depth in terms of experience from EMEA, APAC and North America. Mats has a degree from Stockholm School of Economics.

Christer Samuelsson
Chief Financial Officer

Christer Samuelsson (born 1962) has more than 15 years of financial experience. Christer was previously the CFO at Åmic, and for 15 years worked for the ABB Group in various management roles such as CFO, but also in sales and project management. Christer has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Uppsala. Christer joined Tilgin in December 2010.

Joachim Rickle
VP Sales

Joachim brings more than 25 years of experience of international business through different channels within the IT and Telecoms industry. He has held positions within sales and business consulting, in Sweden as well as abroad, of which the last 15 years have been in different management roles. Before joining Tilgin Joachim was the Senior VP Southern Europe for Telelogic / IBM. He holds a Diploma in Market Economics and studied at Uppsala University for an International Executive MBA.

Jan Zaar
VP Operation

Jan has comprehensive leadership experience from R&D divisions at large companies such as Ericsson as well as smaller more entrepreneurial companies. Jan’s most recent employment was in Product Management at Enea AB. Jan has a M.Sc. degree from the Chalmers Institute of Technology. Jan joined Tilgin in August 2007.

Jonny Wetterborn
VP Professional Services

Jonny Wetterborn (born 1973) has more than 15 years of international service experience from the Telecom industry. Jonny has held various senior consultling-, sales and management positions in the AMERICAS, APAC and in Europe. Prior to joining Tilgin, Jonny was at Ericsson AB. Jonny holds an international MBA degree from Edinburgh Business School. He joined Tilgin in August 2011.

Eric Hjelmestam
VP Solution Management & Marketing

Eric has more than 10 years of experience from the telecom business and IP industry. He has previously worked for Ericsson in various leading positions such as Product Manager and Business Developer in IP-based solutions. Eric Hjelmestam has a Master of Science in Industrial Economy from the University of Technology in Luleå. Eric joined Tilgin in 2008.
